It sells written analysis, delivered as a document, and it is run by one person with ten years in private-equity-backed consulting and operating roles. Every piece of work names its sources and includes the data behind its figures.

Background
The practice is run by one person whose experience includes management consulting at Alvarez & Marsal and at a middle-market M&A and operations consulting firm, an integration role at a private-equity-backed specialty industrial manufacturer, and a vice president role for integrations and strategic projects at a private-equity-backed manufacturer of anatomic pathology products. Most of that work involved acquisitions, integrations and operating plans that were presented to boards and sponsors.
